Collating and Banding Machine

UGP7300 CTM Soap bar collating and promotional band making Machine with adhesive tape on sides for making band of 1x2,1x3, 1x4,1x5 soaps/band PLC interface for Tape cut length control through HMI. Collating and promotional banding machine that automatically collates desired number of paper overwrapped/ carton soap bar in up-right position resting on thickness of Product and then applies printed adhesive tape on both sides. Infeed conveyor of the machine is linked to the discharge belt of the Paper overwrapping machine or cartoning machine. Product sensors and PLC interface buffer conveyor keep sufficient No of soap bar on the infeed conveyor of the machine. The machine can operate at high speed (160-250 ppm) to match output speeds of most wrapping machines in direct link-up with it. Design of machine allows easy and fast changeover with minimal change parts.
