The cutting system is controlled by servo motors. The blade is directly connected to the motor sha which, at each signal from the encoder, makes 180⁰rotaon allowing the blade to cut the soap billet/ soap bar. The extremely small cung interval there is no need of horizontal movement of the blade that rotates and stops at each cycle. The main features are:

• High speed operaons independent of billet thickness
• Inera of the system is the minimum possible allowing connuous motor starts and stops at very high rate
• The blade cuts the billet/ soap bar and then passes through a very narrow gap.
• Minimum distoron as most of the operaons controlled by servo motors

• 360⁰ guarding with aluminum extrusions with clear cast acrylic sheet and safety switches interlock.
• Speed of bar cuer is synchronized with plodder billet speed.
