90 Degree Pu Belt Incline Conveyor
The 90 Degree PU Belt Incline Conveyor is a specialized conveyor system designed to move products smoothly along a curved path while also handling inclined movement. Compared to a straight-line conveyor belt machine, a 90-degree incline conveyor is more complex to design and manufacture, as it requires precise engineering and technical expertise that are not necessary for single-direction conveyors.
Manufacturing bends for polyurethane (PU) and PVC belts is particularly challenging. Many conveyor manufacturers prefer purchasing pre-made curved components because it is often more cost-effective than producing them in-house. However, this approach can limit the ability to create a fully customized solution.
One of the most critical challenges in manufacturing a curved incline conveyor is preventing the outer edge of the belt from flipping over during operation. This is typically solved by attaching wheels or bearings to the outer edge of the belt and guiding them within a fixed track path. This mechanism keeps the belt stable and ensures smooth, reliable movement along the curved incline.
